Niacinamide helps with hyperpigmentation, while hyaluronate and ectoin boost hydration and protect the delicate eye area. It can be applied to both upper and lower eyelids. Use morning and evening.
How to use: Apply to the eye area, including upper and lower eyelids, twice daily—morning and evening.
